What matters
I have a very cute little girl whose name is Tempest Caroline. (Um, yes, that's why my name says "tempestcaroline", in case you were wondering.) She was born on April 24, 2003.
I like this ticker thing. Bright colors amuse me. Well, not really, but I still like this ticker thing. Please, PLEASE don't ask me how old my baby is, it's RIGHT HERE!
I am expecting another very cute (probable) little girl, whose name is Isolde Charlotte. She (I will always refer to the baby in feminine pronouns, as I have that mother's intuition thing telling me it's a girl) is due on October 5th, 2006. However, with Tempest being born at 45 wks, 5 days, I'm not placing anything on that date.
I like this ticker thing, too. Bright colors amuse me. Well, not really, but I still like this ticker thing. Please, PLEASE don't ask me how far along I am, it's RIGHT HERE!

I have girl parts. I like other people with girl parts. And some people with boy parts. But they're exceptions.
I listen to a lot of music. I like music better than TV. (oh noes!!!!(#*$#$%one!!)
I prefer my friends semi-literate, my books dry-yet-funny and dark and my steak still mooing.
I live life on the edge of insanity. I'm a collector and a gatherer. I like walking. I like chocolate. I'm a hippie.
I think people on the Babycenter chatrooms are illiterate, typical, corporation-addicted citizens. This isn't always a bad thing, but sometimes they're scary. If you're on Babycenter and you're not like this, let me know.
Homophobic people need not apply, for obvious reasons.
My favorite kind of chocolate bunny is the crunchy one, and I like to drink apple juice. I get drunk far too easily for my own good, off everything from Benadryl to soft cider.
My daughter prefers strawberries to chocolate, but she *does* like chocolate-covered strawberries.
I breastfeed! Ask me how you can be part of the revolution!
